Zip up my dress and I'll tie your bow- tie
Together in harmony
until the day we die

The silence of love shall end with a kiss,
and all other worries your arms shall dismiss

Better together, you're the tonic to my gin,
our love with last and never wear thin.

I'll be waiting until it's time,
when she'll have faded and lost her shine

And when she takes flights I'll swoop in like a dove,
It's not like she believes in everlasting love.

Yet does love meet you right where you are?
Or if you don't search will it remain afar?

I'll have patience if that's what I need,
sit, wait and wish, that you'll someday take the lead
